6-foot-1, 180-pound athletic strong build. Above average at the plate, Culligan clocked an exit velocity of 89 mph. (70.68 mph bat speed average). (22.58 mph hand speed average). Started in an open tall stance with a smooth rhythmic load, then used a small leg kick controlled. Bat speed is explosive, exhibits a simple flat swing plane and high good extension on his finish. Found lots of barrels with tons of loud contact. Up the middle aggressive approach. Above average in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 81 mph; has soft consistent hands, a clean natural exchange, and athletic quick feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a short loose arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Clocked a time of 7.66 in the 60-yard dash. Projectable on the mound, used a short loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall up-tempo type pitcher and shows easy effort. Showed tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 76-80 mph; showed running sinking action and arm side command. (Max spin 2099; Avg 1961). Threw a 1/7 curveball (59-62) with down in the zone control and early action. (Max spin 1703;Avg 1660).
