5-foot-11, 185-pound, average athletic frame, the back is wide, has room for added strength. The lower half has strength to it. Worked out as a two way player, projects for me more off the mound. The delivery is simple and repeatable, hands start and stay at chest high. The direction of lead foot is inline, front glove is strong, gets squared up to the plate on release. The tempo of delivery is fast paced, builds momentum throughout. The arm action works fluidly on the back side, smaller crank like action to it, comes out of a natural ¾ slot. The fastball was clocked at 76-79 mph, located it to both sides. The breaking ball is his best pitch, clocked at 66-68 mph, it’s late with tight spin/rotation to it. Showed the ability to throw it for a strike and a putaway pitch. The fastball and arm have more in the tank. Offensively, hits from the right side, starts with a wider open base, hands are relaxed and loose at shoulder height. The swing is flat through the zone, has a more rotational approach, swing is finished at shoulder height with two hands. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 79 mph and ran a 8.25 sixt-yard dash. Defensively, worked out at first, hands are soft, moved well around the bag, started the double play with fluid actions. The arm was clocked at 73 mph. Will be good off the mound for someone, throws strikes and breaking ball will play.
