Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is explosive, shows an upward simple swing plane and high finish. He produced loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. While catching,he recorded a position velocity of 75 mph during throw downs; showed soft hands, a twitchy exchange, and quick fluid feet. Had a pop time of 2.20-2.27. Some flexibility and wide setup. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a short arm action and a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.88. Like the feel he has behind the plate, handle the pitchers well in bullpens.
