Starts in an athletic balanced stance with a handsy high load, then uses a long stride. Has above average bat speed, short rotational swing plane and level finish. He barreled up some balls with loud contact. Pull side approach. Projectable while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 71 mph; had soft hands, a developing exchange, and fluid footwork. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Used a short arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the base. Projectable on the mound, showed a loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle with some arm speed Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses easy effort. During his delivery balance point is tall with in line shoulders. Lands square. Sat with his fastball at 68-72 mph; has arm side control and sinking action. (Max spin 1669; Avg1582). Has a 1/7 curveball (62-63) that showed glove side control and slurvey action. (Max spin 1693; Avg 1657). Shows fading action and arm side control on his changeup (66-67).
