7/24/19

5-foot-7, 175-pound left-handed pitcher. Had a very good showing at the event and cruised through his outing. The fastball sat at 80-82 mph with arm side action to the pitch. The spin pitch is big in shape, sitting 69-70 mph. The changeup is excellent, thrown with good hand speed. The pitch sat at 73-75 mph. The delivery has crossfire to his feet and slot is slightly above 3/4. The arm works, glove comes across with minimal pull. The arm works clean and the feel is good.

3/06/19

5-foot-7, 175-pound, smaller, thick durable pitchers frame. Shoulders are rounded, back is wide, is well proportioned. A left-handed pitcher, the delivery is smooth with good timing, one piece motion all working together. The hands start high, stay high, kick is athletic, stays over the backside with lean to it. The direction is inline, balanced throughout, with extension on the finish, uses the entire body to pitch. The arm is clean and free working out of a ¾ to high ¾ slot. The fastball touched 80 mph, down in zone and located very well to glove side. The breaking pitch is advanced, 66-68 mph, could be thrown harder, but commands it well. The change up, offsets breaking ball with down away action and fade, clocked at 71-72 mph. The outing was outstanding, big follow for me.

2/15/19

5-foot-7, 175-pound, smaller, think athletic frame, the back and shoulders are wide, with lower half having strength. A left-handed pitcher, pounds the zone with a three pitch mix. The delivery is simple, hands start and stay high, the lift is easy and athletic. Lands just so slightly across the body, lead arm is inline and tracked well to plate, is squared to the plate on release. The arm works out of a high ¾ slot, arm path is clean, a down to top swing, clean with easy effort.  All pitches were located down in the zone, fastball reached 78 mph, got to glove side with ease. The changeup is an above average pitch, fade and action to arm side, comes out of his hand looking like a fastball, clocked at 64-66 mph. The breaking ball, has tilt and depth to it, thrown for strikes, clocked at 68 mph. Love the tempo and poise on the mound, looks to be confident, solid follow.
