Vasili Kelesidis: RHP/OF, (2023) Stamford, CT. 6-foot-1, 175-pound.
6-foot, 148-pound, longer lean athletic frame, wiry frame, with plenty of room for added weight gains. A right-handed pitcher, working from the stretch position, simple leg raise, with coil to it. The stride is inline with length, squared up on release, with extension, front side could be stronger. The arm action is longer working out of a higher 3/4 slot. Located the fastball to both sides of the plate, reaching 85 mph, sat in the low 80's for both innings of work. The breaking ball is slurvy, thrown with velocity, clocked at 71 mph, spin rate is good, over 1900. Showed feel for the changeup, arm side action and shape to it. Good looking young quick arm, look for a major jump.
