Square stance with easy load, short balanced stride, quiet head, short to contact, hard line drive contact to middle of field, flashes pop in bat to pull side, 87 mph exit velocity. Solid defender, fields underneath in tall stance occasionally, solid receiver at bag, needs to improve footwork around bag, 73 mph arm strength across infield.

3/6/16- 6-foot-2, 245-pound left-handed hitting catcher. 4.44 home-to-first time. Especially strong build. Quiet approach at plate. Repeats swing well. Pull approach with above avg. pop in bat. Consistent hard contact. 93 mph exit velocity off tee. Solid receiver to glove side of plate. Clean exchanges. Appropriate footwork on throws. Avg. flexibility behind dish. Needs to improve arm strength/arm action to catch on a daily basis. 2.32 pop time with 70 mph arm strength.
