6-foot-1, 180-pound switch hitting outfielder. #11 ranked player in IA 2020 class. 6.80 runner. Lean athletic frame, shows hard line drive contact from left side, consistently squared baseball. Upright on stiff legs from right; tends to roll-over at contact, pull approach, 91 mph exit velocity. Easy actions in field, works through ball, covers ground well with good first step and reads off bat, inconsistent accuracy and carry with cutting action on throws, 85 mph arm strength from outfield.
6-foot-1, 180-pound switch-hitting outfielder. Currently the #21 ranked player in Iowa 2020 class. Lara burst back onto the scene after battling through back issues his sophomore summer. Has a projectable build with lean present strength and an above avg. level of athleticism. The switch-hitting outfielder ran a 6.65 60 to start the event. Shows similar swings from both sides of the plate, has a quick bat with above avg. pop to the middle of the field, and uses the gaps well. Consistent 89 mph exit velocities from both sides of the plate. Easy actions with appropriate footwork in the field, hands are sure, follows throws, has cut action on throws effecting carry but is online and accurate to the target, 90 mph arm strength from outfield.

Creates bat speed from both sides, large leg kick effects timing, flashes loud contact to middle of field, ball jumps off barrel, when everything is in sync, 90 mph exit velocity. Above avg. athlete in field, covers ground well, loses direction on throws with footwork, long wrapping arm action, cut action on throws, 84 mph arm from outfield. Some raw attributes, has tools and athleticism, high projection, and will be followed closely by college programs as he continues to develop.
