8/6/17- 6-foot-2, 190-pound left-handed pitcher. #19 ranked player in Iowa 2018 class. Compact athletic build with present strength in lower half. Shows rhythm and tempo to delivery, moderate effort, stays online with extension to plate. Slight shoulder tip creates deception and hides ball from hitter. Fastball was 82-85 mph, thrown consistently for strikes, on steeper downhill plane. 1/7 breaking ball has solid depth with ability to show in zone and take away from hitter. Has above avg. arm speed on changeup creating fade and sink away from RHH.
3/5/17- 6-foot-2, 190-pound left-handed pitcher. #24 ranked player in IA 2018 class. Has started to mature into frame. High balance point, leaks out of balance point early, long whippy arm action from mid ¾ slot. Throws 83-85 mph fastball down middle and lets run and cut action work. Showed cutter type break on slider at 75-77 mph; breaking ball typically performs well for him once he continues to throw and gain feel during game. Changeup has hard late running action away from RHH.

3/13/16- 6-foot-2, 180-pound left-handed pitcher. Good build with solid lower half. Arm works well when hand comes out of glove clean. Leaks out of balance point occasionally. Strike thrower with good fastball life. Fastball was 81-82 mph with run and sink. Slider has good shape with short break. Changeup has heavy ASR with avg. command of zone. Shows good tempo with life on fastball with ability to work in and out. Secondary should continue to improve. Strong follow in 2018 class.
10/1/14 - Projectable 6-foot-1, 164-pound freshman with loose, high ¾ arm slot. Fastball sits 73-75 mph with run, paired with 67 mph breaking ball with slider/slurve shape on a 2/7 plane. Threw strikes with both pitches consistently. Did not see a change. Really clean arm and feel for pitching.
