6-foot-3, 170-pound RHP with long/lanky frame the projects well, showed an uptick in velocity since previous event, long arm action works well through a high-3/4 slot, fastball has late sink at times, showed a solid curveball with 11/5 action and depth, flashed a few changeups thrown with good arm action, had some command issues early but settled in, allowed three hits, walked three, and struck out two (both on CB) in his two innings of work. Bowling has potential to add significant velocity with the combination of his arm action and frame.

7/23/14 - 6-foot, 155-pound prospect, lanky build, ran a 8.44 60-yard dash, 71 mph tee exit velocity. Right-handed hitter, tall stance, medium stride, average bat speed, line drive approach, went 1-for-3 in game play with a single to left-center and one strikeout. Defensively showed average hands, decdnt footwork around the first base bag, 72 mph arm across the infield. On the mound, uses long arm action through a high ¾ arm slot, delivery is easy and smooth, fastball is mainly straight at 74-76 mph, showed good command of 62-65 mph curveball with 11/5 action, throws a 67-69 mph changeup with good sink and fade when he stays behind it, pounds the strike zone with all pitches, arm is loose, more velocity to come, definite follow in 2017 class.
