6-foot-3, 180-pound LHP (2019, Ryle HS) impressed with his ability to throw three pitches for strikes at the Fall Top Prospect event. Webster's fastball sat 78-81 mph touching 83 once, his curveball was 66-69 mph with the best ones showing some depth and located at the bottom of the zone, and he shows good feel for his 71-73 changeup with some fade. Given Webster's projectable frame and loose arm, he his has good upside with the probability of adding more velocity moving forward.

 6/14/17 - 6-foot, 175-pound athletic, stronger looking frame. At first base he uses efficient footwork and moves well around the bag. Fields ground balls out in front of his body and throws with a clean arm action through a ¾ slot with 73 mph velocity across the infield. A right-handed hitter that starts in a tall, open setup. A fluid swinger that incorporates a leg kick and bat tip to his loading sequence. Strong kid with developing bat speed. Path is level to slightly downhill. Creates early bat speed and stays through contact well. A gap to gap guy presently with more in the tank. On the mound he throws using regular effort to his delivery and has some aggressiveness in his delivery. Lands in a straight line at foot strike, finishing with good direction toward home plate. Throws with a clean arm that has some quickness to his arm speed through a ¾ slot. Offers a good three-pitch mix, with his fastball being thrown between 74-79 mph. Curveball is a good pitch that has sharpness, late bite, and depth at a 1/7 plane between 64-67 mph. Changeup is thrown using fastball arm speed and has some sink to it at 69-71 mph.
