Positional Profile: RHP/3B
Body: 6-2, 207-pounds. Strong and athletic frame with proportional components. Well build backside with developed lower half.
Delivery: Controlled and smooth delivery with consistant timing and repeatable actions down the mound. Late hand break with slower tempo down the slope with his front hip/leg, while hiding of the baseball as he rotates into foot plant. Finishes well in over his front side with linear on target movements.
Arm Action: RH. Quick, longer arm that he can at times struggle with timing up with his movement down the mound. Simple 3/4 arm slot.
FB: T87, 83-85 mph. FB showed heaviness with strong ability to ride behind the FB with his hand. Carried 20 + inches of Vertical break with decent spin. Missed up in the zone and FB played best getting ahead and down in the strike-zone. T2244, 2140 average rpm.
CB: 75-77 mph. CB lacks true intent as it pops out early with slowing of the arm. Tumbled over itself and lacked a true breaking ball shape. Missed up in the zone with pitch as he is missing feel for command and release point on offering early in outing. Showed decent CB later in outing as he gained better feel for staying on top of pitch longer through the release. Showed ability to make an adjustment on pitch in second inning for a much better shape with multiple swing and misses for strikeouts that carried depth. T2099, 2078 average rpm.
SL: 74-77 mph. Commanded well to the glove side. T2132, 2050 average rpm.
CH: 73-73 mph. Showed late tumble into RH hitters. T1961, 1961 average rpm.
Position: RHP
Body: 6-foot-3, 200-pound.
Pitching: Solid. Tall-and-fall delivery, some effort. High ¾ arm angle, some arm speed, quick clean arm action. Athletic balance point, even shoulders, lands square.
FB: T84. 83-84 mph. (Max spin 2231; Avg 2136). Slight running action.
SL: 71-72 mph. Late action, 10/4 movement. (Max spin 2166; Avg 2104).
