8/11/13 - 6-foot, 210-pound prospect, decent feet around the bag, shows soft hands, good arm strength at 82 mph.  At the  plate, hits from a wide base, no stride, hands show some quickness, short path to the ball, shows occasional pull power, squared up several pitches in batting practice, ran 5.19 down the line, showed bat speed with 89 mph tee exit velocity, went 1-for-5 in game lay with a hard single down the 3B line, aggressive approach at the plate.  On the mound, uses long arm action through a high ¾ arm slot, arm shows some looseness, fastball is straight at 80-82 mph, curveball is solid at 64-68 mph with sharp 11/5 action and tight spin, gets around changeup at times with some cutting action, shows some run and sink when he stays behind it at 70-71 mph, shows good confidence in secondary stuff and will throw curveball on any count.
