True Freshman. Formerly ranked No. 43 in Kentucky’s 2022 class. The tall, loose-armed right-hander impressed throughout his ‘pen with a polished four-pitch mix. His fastball, which was up in the zone often, reached up to 93 mph, sitting mostly 89-92 mph while averaging 2,486 RPM (T2545 RPM). He went to a cutter at 86-88 mph with short 11/5 shape, averaging 2,389 RPM (T2444 RPM). His slider worked in the 80-81 mph range with larger 10/4 action than his cutter. Changeup sat 81-82 mph, killing spin and playing mostly straight. Developing a consistent release point for improved command will be a large key to his development as a professional prospect. 

Body: 6-foot-5, 215-pound long projectable frame.

Pitching: Projectable. Drop-and-drive delivery, some effort. High ¾ arm angle, quick arm speed, loose arm action. Tall balance point, downhill shoulders, lands square, upright finish.

FB: T87. 85-87 mph. (Max spin 2450;  Avg 2344). Some accuracy, running action.

CB: 11/5 shape.

CH: 77-78 mph. Consistent control, fading action, heavy movement.

SL: 74-77 mph. Decent control, tight action, 11/5 shape. (Max spin 2125; Avg 2063).

6-foot-5, 215-pound. Recorded a time of 8.16 in the 60-yard dash. Confident on the mound, showed a long arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses easy effort. Has tall balance point. Lands square. Fastball Sat with his fastball at 78-81 mph and topped out at 82 mph; has very consistent command. Threw a 11/5 curveball (66-69) that showed some action and consistent control. Shows control low in the zone and fading action on his changeup (72-74).
