8/11/13 - 6-foot-1, 176-pound, left-handed hitting prospect, shows average corner actions and hands, good lateral movement, has solid arm at 80 mph across the infield with carry.  At the plate, hits from slightly open setup, squares front side with a short stride, gets lower half involved in swing, line drive type hitter uses all fields, gets lower half involved in swing, flashed some bat speed with 86 mph tee exit velocity, ran 4.53 down the line, went 0-for-4 in game play with 3 strikeouts.  On the mound, uses short to medium arm action through a high ¾ arm slot, average arm speed, struggled with command, fastball sat 75-77 mph touching 78, curveball at 65 mph with tendency to bury, better command of changeup that showed some arm-side run at 70 mph.
