8/11/13 - 6-foot-2, 225-pound prospect with strong lower half, moves well for big guy around the bag, arm at 76 mph across the infield, accurate arm.  At the plate, hits from an open setup, good lower half torque generates bat speed, showed bat speed with 89 mph tee exit velocity, good round of batting practice consistently squaring up the baseball with occasional pull power, ran 4.93 down the line, went 2-for-4 in game play with a hard single to right field and an infield single.  On the mound, uses long arm action through a ¾ arm slot, fastball showed arm-side run at 76-78 mph touching 79 which was 2-3 mph increase over previous event, curveball showed better 11/5 action from previous event at 68-70 mph, changeup is a good pitch at 68-71 mph with some run and sink.

6/11/13 - 6-foot-1, 220-pound prospect with strong legs, moves well at first base, shows soft hands, arm strength at 78 mph.  Hits from tall, open setup, smooth load, short stride, fluid rhythm in swing, uses strong lower half to create bat speed, shows some power potential, singled up the middle in game action, ran 7.71 60 yard dash, registered 89 mph tee exit velocity. On the mound, uses long arm action through a ¾ to high ¾ arm slot, some stiffness in delivery, fastball sat 73-76 mph, curveball sat 65-68 mph, dropped arm slot down on curveball causing him to get on the side of it.
