12-30-12 - Martin is a 6-foot-3, 210-pound RHP with a strong body. He showed on-line, repeatable mechanics with long arm action through a high ¾ arm slot that produced an 84-86 mph fastball. His curveball is a plus pitch that showed sharp 11/5 action at 69-70 mph. He threw a 73-76 mph change up with good arm speed that showed some tumbling action. Martin fills up the zone with all 3 pitches and shows excellent pitchability.
