Defense: (IF) Soft hands, quick footwork, fluid exchange. Solid. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally.

Elam really stands out defensively with smooth actions and the ability to make plays look easy on the move, but his production on the field doesn’t stop there. Offensively, Elam flashes gap to gap approach and projects to add significant power as he fills out his athletic frame.
