Defense: (IF) Sure hands, smooth footwork, packing exchange. Solid. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front.

1/6/2019: Michael Lynch, 3B/RHP, Christian Educational Consortum HS (KY), 2022, 5 foot 10, 185 pounds, hits from the left side out of a balanced set up. Uses a simple weight shift to load with an advanced separation to create good bat speed and bath path. Had a max exit velo of 83 mph. Defensively had average feet with a good release and arm action to play 3B. His infield velocity of 73 mph. On the mound, Michael throws from a medium arm action and a high ¾ slot. Had a max FB of 76, spun a good 12/6 CB at 65-68, and a CH at 68-70 that showed some sink.
2/17/18: 5-foot-9, 175 pound right-handed pitcher has a short arm swing into high 3/4 slot. Drifts in load, deliberate pace. Long stride, lands soft and squared. Fastball sat 72-73, touching 74. Breaking ball sat 62-63 with early, gradual break. Strike thrower. Left-handed hitter has a wide, balanced setup. Short, uphill path to contact. High exit velocity of 81. Third baseman has average hands with long, smooth transfer. High 3/4 slot. Throws topped 63 across.
