6'1" 170 lbs. lean frame with room to continue to add strength.  The University of New Orleans recruit had one of the better outings that we've seen so far through the first two weeks of the season.  He got the start against Sulphur last Friday and led the Crusaders to the win, after tossing a complete game giving up 5 H and 1 ER with 2 BB and 11 K's, and the lone run that he gave up came in the 7th inning with 2 outs with Brother Martin ahead by nine runs.  Navarro got in a groove in the 2nd inning when he started to work super quick off the mound with an up-tempo delivery and aggressive, "in-your-face" style of pitching.  His FB ranged anywhere from 82-86 mph on what was a super chilly night.  The real separator for Navarro was his 70-73 mph CB, as he was able to land it for strikes in any count, and it allowed his FB to play up.

Positional Profile: RHP/3B
Body: 6-1, 160-pounds. Lean and athletic.
Delivery: Starts on 1B side of rubber and stays there throughout an athletic delivery, repeats well, strides and finishes on line.
Arm Action: RH. Compact arm stroke with a high 3/4 release.
FB: T85, 82-84 mph. Commands to both sides of the plate, plays best down in the zone, showed some arm-side run at times. T2332, 2231 average rpm.
CB: 70-71 mph. "10-4" shape, equal parts of lateral break and depth, lands for strikes in any count. T2355, 2287 average rpm.
SL: 72-74 mph. Plays like his CB, except more depth, uses as a two strike offering. T2263, 2169 average rpm.
