The uncommitted junior outfielder had a standout performance last Thursday for the Panthers against St. Amant. Hitting out of the two-hole, Peacock was sandwiched in between leadoff hitter Travis Adams (Louisiana-Monroe) and Devyn Downs (LSU), and provided quality at-bats the entire night. He drew a walk in his first at-bat and would come around to score, before notching a two-strike single to LF in his second at-bat, and coming around to score again. Peacock then doubled to left field in his third at-bat, before hitting a no-doubt solo homerun in his fourth at-bat to finish the night 3-4 with the HR, 2B, 4 R, RBI, and a BB.

Positional Profile: OF/RHP
Body: 5-9, 165-pounds. Athletic.
Hit: RHH. Balanced and athletic set-up with hands held at shoulder height, uses a knee to knee load and stride. Drifts forward some during load, hands follow a backside that works in a linear direction, stays behind the ball with some length and finishes up through extension with a two-handed finish, worked mostly up the middle and to the opposite field gap.
Power: 90 max exit velocity, averaged 83.7 mph. 293' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-87 mph. Average arm circle with a 3/4 release.
Defense: Gets around each ball and receives off the left side of his body out front with one hand, average actions in the OF, profiles as a corner OF, strong enough arm to play RF.
ATH: 7.31 runner in the 60. 1.73 and 4.00 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.
