Positional Profile: RHP.  Starter profile.

Delivery: Starts in the middle of rubber and stays there.  Brings the ball down out of the glove with a long arm circle, releasing the ball from a high arm slot.  Got backside through on every pitch.  

Arm Action: High arm slot.  Long arm action with minimal effort.  

FB: 82-85 mph.  Pounded the zone with 4 seam FB.  

CB: “11-5” in shape with average spin and depth at 66-69 mph

 

 


Positional Profile: Corner IF/Corner OF

Body: Athletic and physical 6’3” 185 lbs. frame with room to add strength.  

Hit: Starts in a wider, athletic, balanced, and squared off stance. Simple load and stride.  Showed a repeatable swing with excellent balance.  Present gap to gap power.  Took one of, if not, the best round of the day.

Power: Max exit velocity of 87 mph. 

Arm:  High release.  Long and loose arm action. 87 mph positional velocity.

Defense: Showed the ability to play the OF.  Caught everything out front with his feet in sync.  Throws to home plate were accurate. 

Run: Posted a 7.14 in the 60.

Defense:  Caught the ball cleanly out front with athletic footwork.  Moved well laterally and showed the ability to throw from different arm angles depending on the position of his body. 

Run: Posted a 7.15 in the 60.

Long, lean 6-foot-2, 170-pound frame. Right-handed hitter hits from a tall, balanced stance utilizing a small, simple stride step. Flashed a slightly uphill path with quality bat speed and a high finish generating an exit velocity of 87 mph. Solid defender on the infield with developing actions, quality range and clean exchanges into an high- release producing a positional velocity of 81 mph.. Developing athlete, ran a 7.46 60-yard dash. Right-handed pitcher with a solid delivery and fluid rhythm. Works with quick tempo, level shoulders, and good direction. Long arm action into an high- release with quality arm speed and medium effort. Fastball sat 81-82 mph with downhill plane and solid command. Flashed a sharp curveball with 12/6 shape at 64-67 mph. Also showed solid feel for a changeup at 73-74 mph.
