6-foot-1, 185-pound left-handed hitting catcher who is improving immensely in my opinion. Threw 68 mph down to second base during the workout. Pop time of 2.12. The receiving was excellent in the bullpens as he secures the catch and takes his nose to the ball. Much improved. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 84 mph. The stance is athletic, the path is quick and short to the ball. Uses a small load of the hands to initiate the swing. The potential for power is evident as he is progressing nicely.

6-foot-1, 190-pound left-handed hitting catcher. The bat stood out at the event. Tee exit velocity of 88 mph. Sets up with his feet even and slightly open. There is a slight crouch in his set up. The bottom half works in a knee to knee timing mechanism. The path is fast and can be flattened for plate coverage. Defensively, threw 68 mph from behind the dish with a 2.2 pop time. Needs to clean up the transfer and footwork to help him be a productive catcher. The receiving skills are a work in progress. Took ground balls in the infield, glove is solid and he threw 67 mph across the diamond. Ran a 4.11 thirty. Solid looking hitter who needs to be followed.
