5-foot-10, 185-pound left-handed hitting outfielder. He is trending up with his skill set. The approach in the outfield is solid and aggressive through the fielding of the baseball. He threw 84 mph during the outfield portion of the workout. The bat has strength to it, exit velocity of 93 mph. The setup is athletic and he gains minimal ground through the swing. The hands are quick and clean to contact. He displays a flat path with solid life to contact. He hammered the baseball throughout his session.

House is a 5-foot-10, 170 pound left-handed hitting two-way prospect. At the plate, he hits out of square stance, with the hands set low. The load is controlled by a toe tap and he’s able to stack the weight over the back leg with the hands in a strong position. The swing creates gap to gap juice on an elevated path through the hitting zone and registered an exit velocity of 93.4 MPH during the batting practice. He also showed some foot-speed with a 6.96 sixty.

Defensively, House was 80 MPH from the outfield. The approach is athletic and allows him to get under control as he fields. He works well through the ball and uses a long arm swing to create carry on his throws. He finishes through the throw, staying in a direct line with his target.

On the mound, House works primarily out of the stretch. The simplified delivery allows him to be direct to home plate and stay balanced throughout. He attacks hitters with a fastball that sits 80-81 MPH out of an over the top arm swing. The breaking ball has good 12/6 shape and sits 67-68 MPH. He also mixed in a change-up that showed good action at 73 MPH.

5-foot-10, 165-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and right-handed pitcher. Showed solid foot speed at the event and the approach in the outfield is athletic and online. He threw 81 mph during the outfield portion of the workout. The bat has good life to it, tee exit velocity of 90 mph. The setup is even in base, front foot steps into the swing. The path is flat through contact and then he cuts off the finish after contact. Showed life in the hands. On the mound, the fastball sat 80-81 mph, arm side action to the pitch. The spin pitch is good in shape, sitting 71-73 mph. The changeup is 70-71, showing fade action. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is above 3/4. The arm works really quick but the direction of the top half comes offline prior to foot strike. He would throw harder with more command by staying online with the the catcher til the stride foot lands. Good looking prospect.
