6-foot-3, 175-pound right-hander out of the Team Mizuno Roadrunners Baseball program. Pitches out of a higher than ¾ arm slot, hyperextension on the backside of the arm swing, essentially showing the ball behind his back during the arm swing. The arm path is long on the backside. The direction to the plate needs to be more linear, as he is rotational to home. With his length, he could really explode his velocity with improved extension. Fastball touched 86 mph and it is heavy. The spin pitch is 72 mph and a slurve at this point. Shows good feel for the spin. The frame is outstanding and he could be a power arm down the road. Good follow.

Lanky and projectable right-handed pitcher with a frame of 6-foot-3, 185-pounds. This guys best days are in front of him as he fits the profile as a next level guy just based on the frame. The fastball is 81-82 with bore and sink to it. The spin pitch is 69-72 with good tilt and depth to it. The spin pitch will soon be a good out pitch. The changeup is 74 mph as it needs fade and pronation to it as he matures. The delivery is athletic, the slot comes at you 3/4 and the running gamen control is doable. 1.5 to the plate in the stretch. The delivery involves an athletic lift, good direction with his feet and a small glove pull during the stride phase. Occasionally drops his slot, keeping the same slot is imperative unless you do it on purpose, which at his age does not make sense.  Good looking prospect that should make a velocity jump this coming summer.
