Weddleton starts in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands set just off the back shoulder. A controlled load and a short stride trigger a swing that takes a flat swing plane through contact. The bat has an exit velocity of 76 mph as physical strength gains are warranted. The setup is wide in base and the front foot steps into the swing as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The hands work freely producing a long path to the ball.

5-foot-6, 130-pound right-handed hitting infielder. He ran a 7.75 sixty at the event. The approach in the infield is clean and the feet remain active during the process of fielding the ball. He threw 72 mph across the diamond during the infield portion of the workout. He profiles as a second baseman only. The bat has an exit velocity of 76 mph. The setup is even in base and the front foot steps into the swing as the ball approaches. The path is clean to contact as the hands work freely. The addition of physical strength would help his game immensely.

He threw 68 mph across the diamond. The hands with the glove are soft and he fields the ball appropriately. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 71 mph as the frame needs additional weight and strength. The setup is wide in base, front foot steps to the ball as the swing is produced. The path is uphill and long to contact.
