Cameron Cabral: RHP/3B, (2024) GNB Voc-tech, MA. 5-foot-11, 220-pound athletic mature build. Above average and projectable during batting practice, Cabral displayed an exit velocity of 97 mph, Highest at the event. (77.5 mph bat speed average). (24.7 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced wide stance with a tight load, then used a small stride. Bat speed is explosive, displays an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. He barreled up lots of balls with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Capable and athletic in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 80 mph; has developing feet, a natural exchange, and developing soft hands. Fielded the ball out front with developing athletic movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. Projectable athletic on the mound, showed developing quick arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a loose short arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher and shows some effort. Showed consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 84-85 mph; showed running action and control arm side around the zone.
