Damon Frenette: OF/1B, (2023) Bishop Feehan, MA. 6-foot, 165-pound athletic build. In the box, the left-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 88 mph. (68.4 mph bat speed average). (22.1 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth load, then uses a short stride. Has a simple flat swing plane, quick bat speed and good extension on his finish. Barreled up multiple balls during the round. Gap to gap approach. Solid In the infield, has soft hands, a clean exchange, and smooth athletic feet. Athletic from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 70 mph; showed a fluid exchange, smooth athletic feet, and soft hands. Used a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.97.  (Max spin ; Avg ).

Frenette is a 5-foot-8, 135 pound prospect. The left-handed hitting outfielder had an exit velocity of 74 mph off the tee. He hits out of a square stance, with the hands in a good position just off the back shoulder. He transfers the weight to the back leg using a knee to knee load. The hands push back into a good launch position before heading into the hitting zone. There is a bit of lift in the swing as it works through the hitting zone and stays on plane well through contact.

Defensively, he was 63 mph on his throws from the outfield. The feet move well, getting him into a good fielding position. The glove is relaxed out front and showed soft hands transitioning to the throwing position. He creates a good line with the target and finishes through his throws in line using a low ¾ arm-swing.
