Another strong showing for Devon. The fastball sat at 83-84, pounded the zone to both sides with it. The arm is short and quick and the ball gets on you, it's heavy with late action. The slider was 73-75, late break and tight spin, hard to pick up. The motion has great tempo to it, doesn't waste any time in between pitches, hitters can't get comfortable. The body is long and loose, good frame to add weight. Won’t be long until he is off the board!
