Bolinger is a right-handed hitting infield prospect. He hits out of a wide, athletic stance. The hands are relaxed just off the back shoulder. The bat takes a quick, flat path through the hitting zone, producing a lot of solid contact during his round. Defensively, Bolinger showed athletic actions in the infield. The hands are soft. His feet are athletic and he moves well laterally. On the mound, he uses a simple delivery. He gets to his balance point well, before heading down the mound in line with home plate. The arm works out of a higher ¾ slot, producing good arm side run on a fastball that sits 67-68 MPH. Bolinger also mixed in a breaking ball with good spin. He also recorded a vertical jump of 54 cm.Â
