Jack Daggett 6-foot-3, 150-pound left-handed pitcher. The frame screams projection as he pitches out of a low ¾ slot with a great deal of deception to the delivery. The arm swing is clean and natural, small amount of crossfire to the feet. The fastball ball is in the upper 70’s and he shows the makings of a frisbee style breaking pitch. The changeup is coming along nicely. Big follow as his best years are coming soon.
Jack Daggett: LHP, (2027) out of Austin Prep, MA. is a projectable 6-foot-1, 127-pound left handed pitching prospect. On the mound, Daggett used a long, loose arm swing to produce a sinking fastball that sits 72-73 mph (Max spin 1777; Avg 1645). The delivery is easy and direct. He uses simple, fluid movements to get down the mound. He’s balanced at the top, separates well and creates good direction. Daggett also featured a (55-57 mph) (Max spin 1758; Avg 1631) 12/6 curveball and a fading changeup (64-65 mph).
