Jack Dunaisky: 2B/SS, (2022) out of Longmeadow, MA. is a 5-foot-10, 160-pound infield prospect. During batting practice, Dunaisky's best exit velocity was 78 MPH. He hits out of a balanced, athletic stance with relaxed hands. As the swing begins he takes a flat path to and through extension. In the infield, Dunaisky was 75 MPH on his throws across the infield. As he worked through the ground ball, he showed sure hands, rhythmic feet, and a clean exchange. He moves well laterally and uses a ¾ slot to get the ball across the diamond.

Dunaisky is a 5-foot-7, 150 pound prospect. The right-handed hitting infielder had an exit velocity of 82 mph off the tee. He hits out of a wide, slightly open stance, with the hands set high above the back shoulder. He uses a knee slide to transfer the weight to the back leg and the hands drop into a strong launch position. The bat-head whips through the hitting zone on a flat, quick path and he stays on that plane well through contact.

Defensively, Dunaisky showed fluid, athletic actions in the middle of the diamond. He also showed a quick arm and a velocity of 73 mph on his throws across the diamond. The feet are light as he moves to get into a balanced fielding position. He breaks down behind the ball, with the glove out in front. The hands are soft in the transition from fielding to getting into the throwing position. The feet create a direct line with the target and he finishes through the play.

Dunaisky is a good looking young infielder, with a consistent swing. He’s a guy to keep an eye on moving forward.

Threw 60 mph across the infield.  The feet are light, active and gets himself into a good fielding position.  As he works through the ball, the glove is soft and transitions well into the throwing position.  The arm swing is short, fluid and extends through in line with the target. At the plate, the tee exit velocity was 65 mph. The stance begins balanced and slightly open. The load is a quick shift of weight to the backside and a push back of the hands.  The bat takes a level path to the contact point and extends well through contact.  The foundation is there, with added strength and development, I think he can be a guy.

Tee Exit Velocity- 65 mph
INF Velocity- 60 mph
