Jacob Bettencourt: SS/RHP, (2025) Attleboro, MA. 170-pound. (69.2 mph bat speed average). (20.0 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced quiet stance with a compact load, then used a small leg kick. Has a simple upward swing plane, quick bat speed and high finish, with an exit velocity of 83 mph. Solid his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 81 mph; showed sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a high ¾ slot and a consistent arm action. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.84. On the mound, showed some arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle and a consistent arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2066; Avg 1985). Showed a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 2076; Avg 2034). Shows late action on his 10/4 slider. (Max spin 1963; Avg 1889).

Jacob Bettencourt: SS/RHP, (2025) Attleboro, MA. 5-foot-11, 155-pound. Above average during batting practice, Bettencourt displayed an exit velocity of 87 mph, Ranks #1 with EV at the event. Started in a balanced athletic stance with a tight load, then used a short stride. Has quick bat speed, short level swing plane and high finish. He found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap line drive approach. Above average while in the infield, made throws up to 79 mph; had a twitchy exchange, quick in control footwork, and soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a ¾ slot and a short quick arm action. Above average on the mound, showed quick arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a long loose arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and shows easy effort. He has falling off shoulders and a strong balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 78-79 mph with a max of 80 mph; showed arm side command and sinking action. Shows glove side control and early slurvey action on his 1/7 curveball (59-61). Shows arm side control and fading action on his changeup (64-66).

Jacob Bettencourt: OF/RHP, (2025) out of Attleboro, MA. is a 5-foot-10, 145-pound two-way prospect. In the box, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 81 MPH, with a  (60.53 mph bat speed average) and (18.26 mph hand speed average). Bettencourt starts in an athletic, balanced stance with a controlled load. The bat then takes a flat path through extension.. In the outfield, his throws to the bases reached 72 MPH. As he went through the defensive portion, he showed he has a clean exchange, consistent feet, and sure hands. In the 60-yard dash, he recorded a time of 7.34. On the mound, Bettencourt used a long, high ¾ arm slot to go along with his easy, simple  delivery. He gets to a consistent balance point, with the shoulders in line. His fastball sits 73-74 MPH with some arm side running action. Bettencourt also mixed in a 12/6 curveball (55-56 MPH) and a changeup (60-61 MPH) with late fading action.
