Joe is an athletic 6-foot, two-way prospect with very good tools. Ran a 7.12 60-yard dash and showed a hard nosed approach to the game. Showed a way above average arm from the outfield, touching 89 on the radar gun. ¾ arm slot with a short path on the backside. Offensively, he swings the bat right-handed with quick and loose hands and the ability to handle the bat head. Could flatten out his swing a bit but you can tell he spends time on his game. Tries to stay inside the ball and use the field with an exit velocity of 86 off the tee.
