John Farrell: SS/RHP, (2025) Medway, MA. 5-foot-10, 165-pound lean athletic frame. Projectable during batting practice, Farrell clocked an exit velocity of 91 mph. Begins in a wide open stance with a controlled load, then uses a closed small stride. Had quick developing bat speed, uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Through the round he found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Projectable in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 82 mph; had developing athletic footwork, a natural clean exchange, and developing soft hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action.

John Farrell: SS/RHP, (2025) Medway, MA. 5-foot-10, 165-pound solid build. Projectable at the plate, Farrell had an exit velocity of 86 mph. (62.3 mph bat speed average). (19.9 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced open stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick closed. Has a loose simple swing plane, developing bat speed and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Projectable in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 77 mph; had a natural exchange, developing footwork, and developing soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a consistent arm action with a high ¾ slot. Recorded a 60 time of 7.63 at the event.  (Max spin ; Avg ).

John Farrrell: SS/RHP, (2025) Medway, MA. 5-foot-10, 165-pound athletic lean frame. Projectable and athletic in the box, Farrrell's best exit velocity was 89 mph. (69.8 mph bat speed average). (21.3 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced wide stance with a low load, then used a small stride. Bat speed is developing, uses a flat long swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and capable in the infield, his best throw was registered at 78 mph; had  soft hands, a natural exchange, and  consistent footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. Athletic and capable on the mound, showing developing arm speed he used a consistent compact arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Up-tempo type pitcher who uses some effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 78-79 mph; showed running action and command arm side around the zone. (Max spin 2048; Avg 1803). His curveball (66-68) showed glove side around the zone command and sweeping action. (Max spin 1655; Avg 1614). His changeup (71-72) showed gradual fading action and arm side feel command.
