Left-handed hitting middle infielder showed a sure handed glove and good footwork at the pivot. Defensively, he threw 78 mph across the diamond with accuracy and carry to his throws. Gets off the ball very well, proper prep steps and the glove is very good. Ran a 4.43 down the line on his dig to first base. At the plate, the frame needs strength as the tee exit velocity is 77 mph. Sets up with a wide base, the bottom half is under control. The path is long to the ball as he sweeps the bat through the strike zone. Needs to get better direction with his hands to start the swing, making is shorter. Did take some good at bats in the game, showing the ability to get the barrel out and square it up. Good follow as he is a good athlete, that can defend.
