Athletic right-handed, who I think has a bright future on the mound. The slot is ¾ and the delivery is simple and direct. The ball comes out clean and he is a strike thrower. The fastball touched 81 mph, I expect a velocity jump next spring. The arm is quick and it’s easy to project that. The spin pitch is a plus pitch for me and will continue to improve as he physically matures. The pitch sits in the low-70s. The changeup is a work in progress. The frame is slender now, but with core and weight room work he could develop into a good college arm.

Quick-armed right handed pitcher who showed plus command and action on his pitches during the session. The delivery is simple, as he has some forward lean to the plate during the pitch. The fastball has sink to it, touched 85 mph. The spin pitch was a breaking ball, and has the right shape to it, could be eventually be plus at 72 mph. The changeup is excellent, right action and fade to it, touched 74 mph. If he can pound the zone in the game like he did in the session, he has a chance to be a front line arm.
