New England Procase

6-foot-3, 200-pound, strong, wide back, athletic frame. Right-handed pitcher works from set position, stays over back side. The lift is athletic and quick, lands across the body by 6-inches. The arm action is long and clean on the backside, working out of a 3/4 to higher slot. The fastball sat 84-85 mph, some arm side, down sink to it. The breaking was 73-74 mph, bigger, slurvey break, with tight spin. Showed feel for the changeup at at 79-81 mph. The lower half can be more direct, will add more depth to all pitches. Looks to be a durable and attacks.

2.9.19 -ProCase
6-foot-3, 200-pound right-handed pitcher and outfielder. On the mound, the fastball touched 86 mph, good arm side run to the plate. The spin pitch is big in shape, sitting 71-72 mph. The changeup is 80-82, too hard and needs a spin fix. The delivery is online with the feet, above 3/4 in slot. The post foot is on top of the rubber, coil at the top of the lift. The tracking needs to improve as he rotates into foot strike. The arm works free and clean, quickness to it. Glove is tucked as well. Has the makings of plus stuff with some tweaking. Positionally, ran a 7.45 sixty at the event. Threw 89 mph from the outfield to the plate. The approach is aggressive and athletic. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 90 mph. The setup is wide in base, front foot open to start. The path is long and strong to contact, low finish. The hands are quick, frame can get stronger. Shows good athleticsm for baseball and pitching.

Tee Exit Velocity -90 mph
