3/05/19

6-foot-2, 185-pound left-handed pitcher who showed improved stuff and command. The fastball was up to 80 mph and true. The spin pitch is a breaking ball and it is a good one. The pitch sat at 67-69 mph with plus depth and action to it. The changeup is 69-71 mph with action to the pitch. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is above 3/4. The lift is repeated, stays closed with the front shoulder and the glove side goes to the hitter adding deception. The command of the ball was improved and he continues get better. At the very least he is a match up left-hander in college, due to the breaking ball.

2/10/19

6-foot-2, 185-pound left-handed pitcher and first baseman. Showed very well at this event.  The fastball was up to 78 mph with arm side run.  The breaking pitch was 64-65 mph with good spin.  The change up showed well and was 69-70 mph.  Physical athlete, with a clean arm path.  The delivery was simple.  Stayed balanced over the backside and delivered in line with the plate.  This lefthander has a chance to develop.  His delivery is under control and the arm works.  He’s a guy to watch as he progresses.
