Peter DelPozzo: 3B/SS, (2023) Attleboro, MA. 5-foot-8, 140-pound lean athletic frame. Capable in the box, Delpozzo clocked an exit velocity of 80 mph. (57.5 mph bat speed average). (22.5 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a small load, then uses a long stride. Bat speed is developing, uses a flat loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. He barreled up some balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Projectable and  athletic in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 72 mph; had soft sure hands, athletic developing footwork, and a clean natural exchange. Movements laterally were developing and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a high ¾ slot with a short loose arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.34. 

5-foot-8, 140-pound athletic lean build. Athletic solid during batting practice, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 81 mph. (62.0 mph bat speed average). (21.5 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced tall stance with a tight compact load, then uses a controlled small leg kick. Bat speed was above average quick, showed a short flat swing plane and good extension on his level finish. He found some barrels with loud contact. Up the middle line drive approach. Fluid confident in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 68 mph; shows soft consistent hands, smooth in control feet, and a clean natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a short loose arm action with a ¾ slot.

5-foot-7, 125-pound, thin, athletic frame, shoulders are sloped, with room for added weight. A right-handed hitting middle infielder, at the plate, has a balanced set up, feet are even at shoulder height. The hands are quiet, held above the shoulders with starting in a tilted position. The lower half is under control, simple pick up put down with the stride foot. The swing is level through the zone and finishes with two hands above the shoulders.  The hands cast just slightly, could be more direct to contact, will increase the bat speed. The approach is more line drives to pull side. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 66 mph and ran 4.57 from home to 1st. Defensively, threw 64 mph, arm working from a 3/4 slot. The approach needs to be a tick quicker, could worker lower to the ground on the catch. Overall strength training will aid in his development.
