PROCASE 2021

6-foot-5, 205-pound right-handed pitcher. I like his projection and his stuff. The fastball sat 85-86 mph with more to come as he matures and gets stronger. The spin pitch is slurvy in action, sitting 73-75 mph with action. The changeup is 78-79 mph with minimal fade and sink at times. The delivery has crossfire to the feet and the slot is slightly above 3/4 in height. The lift is methodical in nature and he stays with his arm throughout the process. The arm works free and clean and he shows command to his pitches. There is a great deal to like.

Future Games

6-foot-5, 205-pound right-handed pitcher. The fastball sat 84-85 mph with arm side action to it. The spin pitch is solid in shape, breaking ball form. The pitch sat 72-74 mph. The changeup was 74-75 mph and thrown with good hand speed. The delivery is online with the feet and slot is above 3/4 in height. The tempo is lift, repeats the lift ( foot wiggle) and then he is direct into foot strike. The arm is clean, occasionally drops hand slot on his breaking ball. He pounded the zone with his pitches and his best days are in front of him.

7/08/20

6-foot-5, 205-pound right-handed pitcher with a huge amount of upside to his pitching and frame. The fastball sat 84-86 mph with downhill action to it. The slider is solid in shape, sitting 74-75 mph. The changeup is 80-81 mph, needs to be slower. He also showed a breaking ball at 66-67 mph, too big in shape. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is above 3/4 in height. The arm swing is long and clean on the backside. The lift is repeated and he puts a lot of moving parts in motion to make it work. Big prospect.
