Douglas is a 6-foot, 160 pound right-handed hitting two-way prospect. At the plate, Douglas hits out of a balanced, square stance. The hands are relaxed just off the back shoulder. The load is short and gets him into a strong hitting position. The swing is quick through the hitting zone and takes an elevated path. During the batting practice Douglas was able to show gap to gap carry, with a max exit velocity of 89 MPH. He finishes on plane and remains balanced throughout. He also showed some foot-speed in the sixty, with a 6.9.

Defensively, Douglas was 81 MPH on his throws and showed light feet with his approach. He works through the ball well and gets himself into a good throwing position. He finishes through the play, keeping a direct line with the target.

On the mound, his delivery is quick to the balance point, using a short side step. He gets and stays balanced throughout and creates a consistent line with home plate. The fastball sits 81-82 MPH, with some life out of an over the top slot. The breaking ball is a harder pitch at 72-74 MPH, with a 12/6 shape.

Exit Velocity- 89 mph
INF Velocity- 81 mph
