6-foot, 140 pound prospect. Farley showed quick hands and the ability to drive the ball gap to gap.  Off the tee, he showed an exit velocity of 75 mph. The right-handed hitting infielder begins out of an athletic stance, with the hands in a relaxed position.  The load is short and gets him into a strong position to hit. The bat-path is direct to and through contact.

Defensively, the feet move well as he works to get into position to field.  The glove is out in front and relaxed. As he transitioned through the fielding process, the hands were soft and the feet moved him into a good throwing position, in line with the target. During the event, his velocity across the diamond was 68 mph.

On the mound, the delivery was quick, with good direction.  He remained balanced throughout and came at hitters from a high, over the top arm slot.  The fastball was 71-73 mph with good movement. He featured two different breaking balls.  The first was a big sweeping pitch at 65-68 mph. The other was more of a slider that was 61-62 mph. He also showed good feel for a change-up at 65-68 mph

Farley is a good looking young prospect.  The body projects to continue to fill out, the swing shows good hand-speed and he showed good fundamentals in the field.
