Fisherman is a big, physical right-handed hitting prospect. He hits out of a balanced, athletic stance. The hands rest just off the back shoulder. The swing is initiated with a short leg lift and a pushing back of the hands. The bat takes a slightly uphill path through the hitting zone and he extends well through contact. During his round, Fisherman showed a quicrk bat and pop to the pull side. Defensively, Fisherman showed some position versatility. He worked out behind the plate and in the infield. Behind the plate, his initial stance is slightly staggered, with the glove set  relaxed, in the middle of the chest and the head is up. As he transitioned to throw, the feet moved well. He transitions the ball from glove to hand well and gets his hips in line with second base. He finishes well, showing good balance and a quick arm. In the infield, the feet and hands are fundamental. He gets both into a good position as he works through the ground ball. He finishes through the ground ball well and stays in line with his target. He also had a vertical of 50.5 cm.
