6-foot-2, 180-pound right-handed hitting infielder and pitcher. On the mound, the slot is above ¾, slight head move at release. The direction is online with his feet and the front shoulder can be directed better as he makes his way into foot strike. The arm works clean and the glove comes across the hitters face. The fastball touched 78 mph, arm side run to it. The spin pitch is 65 mph, big in shape. The changeup is 70 mph, needs a spin fix. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 83 mph. The setup is wide in base, and he uses a knee to knee timing mechanism on the bottom half. The swing is long and flat through contact. Uses a 1-handed finish after contact. Threw 75 mph across the diamond in the infield portion of the workout. The approach is solid and the hands are soft.

6-foot-3, 190 pound right-handed pitcher with long arms and a good frame. Fastball was up to 80 mph with leverage to the pitch. The breaking ball is 67 mph as the front shoulder comes off track as the spin pitch is delivered. The shape of the spin pitch is appropriate, just needs to happen out front. Threw a developing changeup at 74 mph in the session. The delivery has effort to it, pitches out of a plus ¾ slot. There is coil at the top of the lift and the direction to the plate is good. There is head movement as he throws, which he needs to minimize to help his extension. The delivery and frame project very well for me. Would be interested to see him in 6 months. At the plate, tee exit velocity of 82 mph. Hits out of a wide base, rotational swing with a cutoff finish.
