He also ran a 7.7 sec 60.Behind the plate, the transfer from glove to hand is good, showing a velocity down to second base at 75 mph and a pop time of 2.3-2.4. The feet move well but the chest gets out in front causing him to get tall coming out. With a slight tweek, the arm strength will begin to show.As an infielder, the hands and arm strength show well. He was 72 mph across the diamond. The feet are deliberate but get into a good fielding position.On the mound, the delivery is clean and he gets down the mound well. The fastball sat 74-78mph with heavy sink. The breaking pitch had good spin and sat 65-67mph.

The stroke was flat through contact. The simple stroke produced a lot of line drives during his BP. Good looking young catcher. A guy to keep an eye on for sure.
