Physical: 6-2, 175 pounds; Slender, wiry build. 8.03 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with a moderate leg kick for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing a strong lower half. Showed a flat swing path with a two handed finish. More groundballs than line drives and flyballs with a peak exit velocity of 83 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands are soft while funneling to the hip before transfer. Moderate arm circle while using various arm slots. INF - 83 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with a slight coil away from the plate. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Long arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; high 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 82 MPH, while sitting 79-81 MPH; life through the zone. CB: 69-73 MPH; 2-8 shape. CH: 74-76 MPH; fading action.
