Body: 5’9’’, 180 pounds. Strong, physical body type.
Hit: RHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate. Smooth back load with weight shifted nicely to the back side with a bigger in to out leg kick stride. Attacks the ball with intent with quick bat speed through contact and a slightly uphill swing path.Creates solid extension through and past contact, keeping his hands inside the ball well with solid balance throughout. Strong lower half involvement with a smooth gap-to-gap approach.
Power: 86 mph exit velocity during BP per TrackMan. Present pop to the pull side.
Arm: RH. C - 65 mph. Throws with shorter arm action from a high three-quarter slot.
Defense: Pop times ranged 2.28-2.39. Replaces feet well with momentum towards the target. Exchanges are clean with throws that showed some accuracy to the bag.
Run: 8.57 60-yard time.
