5.20.17 - Duemmel is an athletic 5-10, 150lb shortstop. He can a 7.27 second 60-yard dash. At the plate, he has balanced and slightly open setup in his lower half. Hands load up and back quickly as he raises front foot. After foot strike his barrel stays in the zone long on a slightly uphill path. Exit velocity of 72 mph and will generate more bat speed as he gets stronger. At shortstop, his feet are active and glove works well through the ball. Clean and efficient actions and able to range every direction. Arm action is short and over-the-top.

5.15.16 - Lean frame with room to grow at 5-foot-8, 135-pounds. Ran a 7.65 60-yard dash and home to 1^st at 4.88. Hits from a tall set up with a high load in his hands. Uses front leg lift in his stride and timing. Swing path was level with a little bit of lift to it. Can get long at times with bat path. Exit velo of 71 mph. Showed sound footwork and worked through the ball well. Loose arm action throwing from a ¾ arm slot. Throws across the diamond at 68 mph.
