Body: 5’8’’, 140 pounds. Athletic body type.
Hit: LHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly crouched stance at the plate. Smooth back load with solid hand rhythm and a short toe-tap stride. Hands stay inside the ball well and maintains solid balance throughout. Stays short to the ball with a slightly uphill swing path and quick hands through contact. Strong line drive tendencies to the middle of the field, finishing with two hands.
Power: 83 mph exit velocity during BP per TrackMan.
Arm: LH. OF - 76 mph. Throws with shorter arm action from a high three-quarter slot.
Defense: Attacks the ball with quick, active feet, fielding it out in front to the glove hand side with fluid, clean actions. Short crow hop into clean exchanges with throws that showed accuracy.
Run: 7.17 60-yard time.
Junior Future Game Trials Session II
Positional Profile: OF/LHP
Body: 5’7”, 120 pounds. Athletic, projectable frame.
Hit: LHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly crouched stance from the left side. Creates good hand separation with a slight toe tap load and a short stride. Stays short to the ball with a slight uphill swing path, generating some lower half involvement. Quick hands and fast bat speed with good extension through the zone and past contact, finishing with two hands. Solid gap to gap line drive approach.
Power: 65 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: LH. OF - 68 mph. Throws with short arm action from a mid three quarter slot.
Defense: Plays through the ball well, fielding it out in front on the glove hand side. Showed quick, fundamental footwork with soft hands and clean exchanges.
Run: 4.44 home-to-first time.
